Did not like the shower. Water ran all over the floor. Ammenities like shampoo and soap are very scant. All mini sizes. Coffee in the room, only 2 regular coffee pouches. No complementary bottled water. Breakfast, very poor. Additionally the staff lets the food available to run out and takes very lo g to replenish it. Same with the coffee. Totally empty pot when I tried to serve myself. Incredibly small front desk area. Dining area also very small. For the price of one night stay, not worth it.

La habitación que me toco era súper bonita, no era de las mas básicas, era súper completa, la limpieza excelente, el personal muy amoroso, sobre todo el personal de limpieza y desayuno. En la conserjería no hablan español y tampoco hacen el intento en entender a los turistas que eramos en un 80% de habla hispana lo cual fue bastante antipático. El desayuno es bueno pero le falta fruta, si le agregasen fruta sería perfecto! La relación precio/calidad estuvo muy bien.

Perfect hotel for solo travelers, it is classic NYC tiny room. I loved my stay and the front desk staff were so nice. Definitely worth the price. I was excited to come back from a busy day of exploring to a cozy room.
