Very dirty, to get the elevator would take 30 mins to get to the main level. My husband and I had to take the stairs once to the 17th floor

Hotel located next to the bus/subway terminal. Lots of sketchy people. Elevators are not efficient foe the amount of floor vs the amount of people staying. Check in staff didn’t explain or have us sign the acknowledgment form for the room cleaning. Then front desk agent was rude when I went down to ask. If the hotel was in a different location with all amenities running, probably would of been a better stay. I would not recommend this property.

The room was very dirty. Surfaces had not been wiped down in any way and had dirt, smudges, dust, and crumbs on almost everything. The sheets and towels seemed clean and the price was great. If you stay here you'll need to bring your own cleaning supplies. Also, be prepared for a long check-in process and long waits for crowded elevators.

I enjoy the location of the property. Its very close to Times Square and easily walked to from public transportation. The hotels staff lacks patience and the elevator situation is a bit obnoxious. Getting from the lobby to your floor or from your floor to the lobby can take upwards of 20 minutes because there always seems to be 1 of the 4 elevators out of commission. Otherwise, the property was clean.

I had a non smoking room yet the guest on my floor was smoking weed and cigarettes. I have asthma. People hanging outside my door in the hallway banging on doors slamming doors all night. Fighting and arguing in the hallways. I called downstairs no one picks up the phone after 9pm so if you have an emergency in your your room you are good as dead if you can’t make it to the lobby. The emergency line was also unanswered. Packed elevators and lobby no social distancing so if you are trying to see if the vaccine work this place is perfect for covid. I had no one serviced my room my entire stay, I had to change my own sheets, even though I requested housekeeping. No clean towels you have to go to the lobby and ask for them in a long line for complaints and check ins. This is the worst Hilton brand I have stayed in. I expected more from a Hilton. The room had crumbs all over the floor which means your vacuums aren’t working or you never really cleaned the rooms before guest arrive.
