j'ai du appeler 3 fois pour qu'il vienne faire fonctionné la télé j'ai manquer presque tout les oscar car la télé gelait il en venu trois ou quatre fois pour réglé le problème, autre problème ma lampe de bureau changeait tout seule d'intensité jusqu'à ce fermée et réouvrir j'ai lui ai demandé enfin de compte de la débranché pour finir ;le systhème centrale pour le chauffage et l'air était hyper broulliant beaucoup de bruit

The air doesn’t work properly so our room was hot. Load in of towels at 10/10:30pm every night was very inconvenient as that is when most Broadway shows get out so the elevators were a chaotic mess with complete disorder.

Great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton New York Times Square West! The location is perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well organized. The only small downside is that the rooms are a bit small, but that’s quite normal for New York. Overall a very good experience – I would definitely stay here again!

Room wasn't completely as we found random toys or pieces of a toy at the edge of the bed. Definitely should of noticed if they we cleaning. Elevator was horrible, normal a 5-10min if all 4 are running and not stuck. At one point it an elevator was suck on level two and the wait was so long the maintenance guy was annoyed and walked up the stairs to fix it. Roof top bar is decent, location is decent. The floors walking into the hotel are uneven. I don’t expect a perfect stay but you shouldn’t dread your elevator the moment you start to head back to your hotel or find random trash in your “clean” room. Also the magic computer issue just before check-in so nobody could have an early-in at 2pm but magically was ready at 3pm was weird. It wasn’t the best place but the bellhops were on top of it and helpful every time. Occasionally housekeeping would get a laundry delivery so one of the 4 elevators would be stopped and only used for employees (which sucks but it seems to be the only option) and the bellhops would help load and unload the elevators so it went quicker. Bellhops were the only consistent positive experience. Weird note: the water isn’t clear. And our shower wasn’t draining properly. We called down and they did fix it and no other issues but they said the “white water” just need to settle but it was fine…personally I have never had “white water” that needed to settle but maybe it’s a northern thing. Weird.

It was challenging to get an elevator. It seemed that only one of the four would be working at any given time. I used the stairs most often because the wait was aggravating. There was an automatic light in the bathroom that could not be overridden. It was annoying to have a very bright light automatically turned on when opening the bathroom door especially in the middle of the night

Depending on where your room is located in the building, try to connect to the wifi while you’re in the lobby. When I got up to my room it took forever and a lifetime to connect to the wifi because the cell connection was weak thanks to the brick building.

The room itself was clean, the view wasn't the best but thats on me since i didnt reserve the best ones in time. Personally i didn't feel too comfortable on the bed? Not sure if the mattress is old or something it just felt uncomfortable to sleep on. And im not sure why there was no toothbrushes available or if i was supposed to ask for it to be provided to me. Next time i would have to bring my own. The elevators take so long and its confusing when one goes to rooftop and other ones take long time to wait for. Its decent place to stay one night when nothing else is available or nearby where you need to be
