This stay was horrible. Do not be swayed by the photos of the greenery. The hotel room was small, my bed was very uncomfortable. I chose this hotel because they had a gym. When I went to go use the gym, at a reasonable time before I had to work I was informed that the gym doesn't open until 9 am. Who works out in a hotel gym at 9 am?! Also the breakfast served at the hotel was a yogurt, and bread, and none of the restaurants around opened early for breakfast. Overall, I would rather stay in my car then stay here again.

The room was adequately clean. The bedspread was dirty. The sheets were clean. The courtyard smelled like mold and the carpets in the hallways were grossly dirty. Breakfast was slim. We walked to Burger King to eat.

Thought the room could be a bit cleaner. Laminate floors had what appeared to be sand on it. Pool and hot tub out of ordered for maintenance. Staff very courteous and friendly.

The staff were not helpful. Online it said the pool was closed until December 30th. Upon check in front desk staff said January 1st. When we asked the manager she replied she was not able to set a date and that we could cancel the rest of our reservation however they would not offer any compensation for the pool still not being open on January 3rd. Northern Health stated there is no for seen date for the pool to be open at this hotel. The male house keeper did not understand what a broom was. The front staff did not answer the phone multiple times. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was one of don't know and or don't care. Never staying here again.
