Great hotel, rooms large and well appointed. Patio level is convenient if travelling with a dog, great access to outdoor pool and hot tub. Pool was heated, hot tub could have been just a touch warmer. Beautiful views. Beds very comfortable. Huge jetted tub and walk in shower. There are housecoats and flip flops in the closet. Only complaint was we were not told about the $25 food and beverage credit we had until we checked out, luckily the front desk clerk assisted us in grabbing some pastries and coffee but it would have been nice to know this for our supper or at least breakfast. Otherwise beautiful resort, no complaints and will definitely return soon.

We returned to this resort after an absence of some 10 years and were delighted to see that it continues to be excellent on all fronts. It has been well maintained and has received tasteful upgrades to the dining room (including a recently revamped restaurant featuring local ingredients). Outdoor access to the room and proximity to parking is a nice feature. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious and modern. All staff encountered (check in; in pub; in restaurant) were courteous and helpful. We particularly enjoyed our server at dinner who showed genuine delight in explaining some features of the new menu.

We loved our time at Brentwood. Awesome room. Dinner in the pub was great. We were in a pet friendly room, but the chairs needed a good clean. Also a suggestion to have a kettle in the room. Overall though we loved our time and will definitely be back.

Room was well appointed and a nice size, so cozy with the fireplace. The bed was so comfortable! Nice patio with beautiful views of the marina and bay. The self cleaning soaker tub in the bathroom is a great feature.The bathroom ammentities are beautiful and have an amazing scent.Wonderful space and a beautiful location. The staff is exceptional - welcoming, friendly and happy to accomodate wherever they can. Spa was just perfect and the heated outdoor pool and hot tub was clean and so relaxing - available until late. Choice for pub or restaurant dining with delicious options for food and drinks.The shuttle by boat to Butchart Gardens is a fabulous option and highly recommended to complete your experience.
