Our Television in our room did not work and was only repaired shortly before we had to leave we had to call front desk several times and it seemed the staff did not pass on messages when their was a shift change as it seemed they didn’t know I had called several times

It was awful. The noise level inside the room from the guest above and street noise outside was intolerable. The room had a strong off putting odour, masked with air freshener. We tried to nap on the very uncomfortable bed that needs replacing with the bathroom fan on for a few hours, but it was impossible. We left after 4 hours and went back home to Nanaimo.

Sorry: I hardly ever give a poor review. Yes, this was a budget hotel chain but I did not expect laminate floors with dogs skittering around at all hours overhead. There was a good restaurant next door but I did not feel the grounds were very safe and left my security club on my vehicle.
