You know you are above a pub, so there is the usual music and conversation noises. Pub closes at 1:00 and is not a “club” so not insane thumping and loud screaming or anything. So, knowing that, I LOVED the large room and the kitchenette. Very clean, cool abstract art pieces, clean crisp sheets, with lots of pillows and comfortable bed. Sweet couch, airy 16 foot (?) ceiling. Excellent location and staff super clear and helpful, esp with parking. Fabulous stay!

Paid for extra night on Expedia so we didn’t have to leave in morning. They would not let us keep same room even though it was going to be unoccupied the next day. Room was fine. Parking for unloading was nonexistent as the loading area was being used by the pub patrons, meaning that we had to walk a couple of blocks with our luggage. Room is quite noisy, we were expecting noise from the pub below but the penthouse above was rented for a wedding party and was very noisy until the wee hours of the night. Not sure how renting some rooms to sleep in and renting some rooms to party in makes sense. Doubt I will ever stay there again or recommend it.
