The property maintenance seems to be slipping. We have stayed here many times over the years and the condition was always crisp and a well maintained property. This visit the pool area had a hole in the ceiling, there were no pool towels and the pool area was littered with used and dirty towels. The heat in the room was inconsistent and we had to crank it to warm the room to a point of being uncomfortable if we wanted heat. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

Hotel is comfortable but very dated

. We stayed 10 years ago and it felt the same, including the menu at Elements. Staff were very friendly, good hotel for kids with amenities.

Staff were very welcoming. It was really pleasant and a lovely place. Rooms were nice but their bed had a drawer that would not fully close so I hurt my leg a few times.

Still a great place to stay

Service is always a 10/10, rooms are clean and comfortable, but its time to start replacing mattresses. There has been alot of staff turnover, yet they still manage to maintain the service which is great to see.

Elevator was down on checkout which meant a lot of heavy bags and gear needed to be carried by hand. It was difficult to load and unload our vehicle as there was congestion at the front of the hotel.
