The room was clean but that was about it. Kinda felt like the recent renovation was done cheaply and some of the fundamentals were missed. Elevator was broken. Tv didnt work. some of the electrical sockets werent working. No phone to call the desk. Guy tried to fix the tv but nothing ever happened. Wont be recommending Panorama or the approach anytime soon..

Very basic room
There was no air conditioning in the room and it was very hot in Panorama. The room didn't have a fridge which comes standard in all hotel rooms now.

Overall decent stay, and i would recommend. Keep in mind that it is an extremely basic stay marketed as a luxurious resort. The room lacked allot of really basic amenities (minimal furniture, no mini fridge, no housekeeping, no air conditioning, etc). I also wish they had disclosed that the pool was closed prior to our booking.
