This was my 15-16th stay at The Bastion. The Harbourview rooms are priceless. I checked out this morning. I quickly booked dates in August. Really good sign of a terrific hotel are the staff. The ones who work there for years. Thanks to Bal, Anita and sorry desk guy… I can’t remember your name.

Not very happy about the temporary credit card charge added without explanation... it was reversed but wonder if it would have been so if I had not caught it and complained... I was not mentioned at any time so was a surprise...charges after the fact without notice or explanation is at best questionable!

Hotel was conveniently located. It was nice to have a parking garage that was close and had wheelchair accessibility. Sadly the beds were too soft and pillows oddly small.
