The hotel was well located, in good condition, and the room was very welcoming. Although we were generally happy, there were two annoying things. The fridge was really noisy and the person in the room above seemed to be walking around for half the night.

Absolutely amazing for the price, exactly what was needed for stopping in town. It’s not anything crazy or fancy, but clean and comfy bed. The two lady’s up front were very kind. Would definitely come back!

Staff was friendly, even the one staff member chased me out because I forgot my jacket, room was clean, basic and older but clean, price was right. Breakfast was free and decent. For the price I can’t complain and if I’m ever in transit through the island I would definitely come back

While the location was great! Not a lot to offer for nearby amenities. No fault to the hotel. Staff were all great and they made my bed every day which was a nice surprise. I will stay there again.

They do not have drinking water. We arrived around 11 pm. When we asked for water, they told us to drink the tap water from the washroom. They don’t have plain water for breakfast. I was so disappointed. Don’t they have water jug or pitchers for their thirsty guests?

I stayed at this hotel recently and was very disappointed with the breakfast service. To begin with, there was no bread available at all — something I would expect as a basic item in any breakfast offering. Additionally, the cereal was served in a small cup, which felt more like a snack than a proper meal. The overall breakfast setup lacked variety and didn’t meet even the most basic standards. It’s frustrating to start the day hungry when breakfast is supposed to be included. By the way, one the reception staff was very rude and impolite because she discussed and struggled with me about breakfast issue. She doesn't know anything about basic rules of customer service.
