I was a late night arrival ( 2 a.m.) The procedure was posted, the night clerk was prompt and friendly. He explained about the billing, was clear about the hotel amenities and reassured me about location and timing of future travel arrangements.

When I asked for a 2:50 am wake up call. The lady at the front desk offered and gave me yogurt and fruit so I had breakfast while travelling. I was very impressed and grateful for her thoughtfulness.
