The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices. The view from the room was amazing. Only one thing that detracted was the highway noise but that also made it very convenient to get around Nanaimo. There is a mall with lots of restaurants very close by. Great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The double Qn suite is recently updated, very clean & fresh, facing directly to the lake, very relaxing. Room is big, bathroom clean, continental breakfast included, for me if there’s ham or bacon that would be perfect. I’ll still stay there if I’m in town.

We were in a pet friendly room that was ideal. It was ground floor so we could walk out to our patio area. Location was great: convenient for our early morning fairy to Horseshoe Bay. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

Lennie was wonderful. The room is very clean and large. The bed was extremely comfortable and we woke to the sun rising over the lake. The continental breakfast was delicious, even included yogurt and strawberries!
