I am not sure why this is a 5-star property. It has seen better days. Rooms were filthy. Nobody should pay this much for a property like this. This should be rated as 3-star. You are better off at a Holiday inn or Marriott chain. The only good part about the hotel is the staff. They are very polite and accommodating.

This was a perfect location for being close to theaters, Times Square and the subway, yet not right *in* the noise. Staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was lovely with even a little foot step to make shaving easier. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious.

The hotel was okay, but the room was not cleaned properly. It was very dusty, still items in the refrigerator from the prior guest, broken drawers. I just expected more for the price.
