PROS: Trendy, great bar, great views, quiet, convenient location, staff was pleasant, helpful & professional. CONS: Room was way too small! Needed more seating, didn't even have a decent table to eat on in my room other than my work desk, no microwave to reheat food is insane in 2024!! And no streaming services or smart TV...ughhhhh please update. Shower made an awful noise. I wouldn't stay again.

Great location however......
Location is great. So many fabulous tiny stores and "hole in the wall" restaurants and a nice walkable distance to the Village and Soho. The lobby and vibe of the hotel are fabulous and the rooms are large for New York HOWEVER the condition of the room is embarrassing. The furniture looks like leftovers from a thrift store. Everything was sad and damaged with stains, chips and pealing veneer. The large "art" piece in the room had a giant crack in the glass that run directly across the print. You can tell they spent a lot of money on the lobby and bar but forgot about the rooms. Also upon check-in I wasn't told I had a $20 daily credit until my last night which was irritating. Overall a nice place but some attention to the rooms need to be addressed.
