If you book the standard room, it looks nothing like the photos shown. They show the remodeled rooms in their standard room listing but give you something else. They are also doing construction at the hotel and it’s loud until afternoon. Very disappointing.

Location was GREAT! The lobby of the hotel was BEAUTIFUL. However, the elevators were out of order most of the stay. The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the actual room. I purchased the room with King size bed and got a queen size bed with king size sheets. This is deceptive advertising and thievery. With the change to the Crowne Plaza, I hope there are updates to the rooms and integrity is REQUIRED of the staff and management.

Great location. Hotel was clean and bed was comfy. However this hotel needs a major remodel and update. Everything in NYC is expensive so if you’re looking to save a few bucks and don’t mind an outdated hotel this was good and I’d stay again for the location itself.
