The location was good. Easily walkable to everything we wanted to do. The actual hotel was not very good. Our room was 80 degrees when we checked in and the thermostat was set to 65. We called three times for maintenance to come see what was wrong with the system only to be told that the hotel does not have AC in the winter. It only works in the summer they said. So we had to keep the window in the room open to get it down to 72 degrees and were unable to sleep due to the noise outside. This is with two young children. The keurig machine didn't work in the room, the outlet in the bathroom wasn't functioning, and the overhead light when you enter the room didn't work. We pointed these out to the maintenance worker who said "he would report it". When we checked in were were told we were being "upgraded to a newly renovated room on the top floor". This was hardly a newly renovated room. I travel often for business and have never experienced a hotel only having working air conditioning in the summer. The room was legit 80 degrees when we checked in and we got no sleep all weekend.

Room is falling apart, front desk is already overwhelmed by customer complaints for the same, so when talking to front desk you get a nasty response and pretty much blaming hotel.com for not having actual photos, worst expirience ever, hotel is more like a motel and stinks, they change room and it was the same

The room was located right next to the elevator. A first No no. The room gave very little efficiencies. No night table on either side of the bed; limited toiletries: ie: no lotion, an almost empty shower gel bottle. The room phone battery was dead, as was the room temperature control panel on the wall. All of this should've been inspected prior to clearing the room for occupancy. And breakfast, absurd. I prepaid for it, thinking i was getting a hot meal. I wouldn't call a bagel, coffee and a fruit a full meal. I was very dissappointed. Additionally, as far as my welcome at check-in, not very thorough in providing any hotel information.

The restaurant was closed for construction. There was holes in the walls and the tub had rust in it with the floor of the tub lifted and coming up. They made our reservation a no call no show after our flight was delayed by a day and I had called the hotel to let them know so the room we had was terrible.

Location is very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hallways are very old and run down, but big variations room to room. My first room had the heat full blast (82 degrees) with no way to turn it down. When I asked about it, I was told every other guest in that room prior to me also complained about it…so why are they still using that room before fixing it? Replacement room was better. Internet also runs so slowly it is not usable for most modern things. Bed and shower were very good.

Location is great but the property needs a full renovation - which they are currently working on. Rooms and floors that haven’t been renovated definitely show years of wear and tear. Mattresses were horrible. During our stay the elevators broke so only 2 worked causing major backups.

The staff was wonderful. The room was spacious and there was plenty of warm water. However, the room was very outdated and run down. Also, a couch would have been better than the dresser or the desk in that space. The bed was not comfy. However, we did like the location and we enjoyed our stay.
