Hotel was situated a little bit farther away from public transportation than expected. Location was somewhere right next to a major highway which made it less convenient if reaching there on foot with luggage and bags. Rooms are decently sized and blankets and sheets are clean and changed for new ones. Nothing like 5 star hotel atmosphere but it's decent enough for the night. Pricewise I wished it would have been just a bit more lower given it's minimal amenities inside the rooms.

Property is terribly dirty Sheets are stained, towels are tiny, bathrooms are full of mold, the sink is surrounded by mold, The hair dryer handle is so disgusting

Nope.

This is a very old property that has not been renovated in a long time. Everything just feels icky - from the elevator to the bathroom, to the furniture. It’s in a super convenient location, so it’s too bad but I will not stay here again.

Centrally located, no frills, clean

I wasn't expecting much for a low price hotel in downtown Manhattan. The staff was friendly, my room was clean, everything worked as it should. I booked for a last minute trade show and wanted to stay close to the Javitts center without breaking the bank. It is a no frills hotel, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I was within 7 minutes walking distance to the convention center, 15 minutes to times square and theater district. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops easily accessible. Bonus points for hotel manager setting up car service for my 6 am flight so I didn't have to worry about it or take the subway at 3:30 am.

A nice small hotel close to MSG (10-12 minutes walking). Breakfast is included but has limited food options. Overall, a good pick for a stay before or after an MSG concert.
