They do a great job with their pictures. Hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Only helpful staff member is the one man who takes your bags and greets you when you walk in. They aren’t accommodating at all and they like to over charge on the snacks and water they sell.

The room was great—incredibly spacious, especially for New York. Clean, comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. Everything functional. My one complaint, which is perhaps my own fault in not being careful enough when booking, is that the price shown initially as the nightly rate on hotels.com was quite different than the end price, once all the taxes and fees were added on. Especially surprising was the $40/day fee that was due at the property. We probably wouldn't have booked this property had we known how much it cost us in the end.
