Nice hotel, very good location (for Downtown). Mixed in terms of the friendliness of the staff but think that’s a New York thing.. Good quality room service food, however some small annoyances like having to call back and wait 20 mins for cutlery!

Great hotel. One of the cleanest rooms I've stayed in. Good drinks and nice food in the main restaurant. Friendly staff. Elevator access was an issue with one or both being down every day of our stay.

Great hotel. Great staff. The room was amazing but the area around the hotel was questionable. Our room was overlooking a construction area with homeless people around; not the type of view one would expect from a five star hotel. In addition, I am not sure what was VIP about our stay: i wasn't able to get the room upgrade i requested; we did get any additional amenities: it would be great to know what we were supposed to get as VIP because we are very curious.
