The Warwick hotel needs new mattresses and new pillows. The ac system doesn't seem to allow for guest regulation.

The Warwick is a great central location for everything Manhattan. Moma was across the street. If you like walking it was an easy walk to Museum mile. Staff was friendly and helpful…& gave good advice on restaurants when we told them what we were looking for.in addition the front desk staff worked to get our room cleaned and prepped early as we arrived early. The only complaint we had was that they only had three small elevators to service all the floors and there were definite wait times at certain times of day. Overall - would we stay here again?most definitely!!!!

This is a very spacious hotel and the service was excellent. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The only downside is it’s a party far walk to time square. But on the upside, the subway is a block over.

This hotel was perfect for first time vacationers to New York. The room was spacious and clean. We had a walk in closet. The bathroom was great. Nice view of 6th street. The hotel is decorated in classic 1920s style, which we loved. The front desk and concierge, door man and other staff were very helpful and nice. This hotel is located with in walking distance of several major attractions and restaurants. A subway access point is a block a way. A couple of convenience stores and coffee shops are also extremely close. 40min taxi ride feom JFK. When we come back NY in the future we will definitely stay there again!

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and quiet room. It was perfect walking distance in a great location. The hotel is older and could use a coat of fresh paint, mainly in the bathroom. The bathroom is comically small, like an after thought. For the price, location, quietness and bed comfort I would give it a high rating. AND the staff was so kind and accommodating.

I just love this hotel. We stayed in the suite. This is maybe the last hotel in NYC with a coffee maker in the room still.

Was given a room that was not cleaned from the prior person occupying it - there was a crib in the room when I arrived and also several items left around the room (pile of change, Bobby pins on the floor, sheets had visible stains on them, pillows not organized on bed). I called the front desk and they explained that they did not have any other rooms available and could not move me. Had to have someone from housecleaning come in and put new sheets on the bed at 11pm. Would not stay again. By far the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in.

I did so much research in preparation for my trip to NYC with my daughter. I couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at the Warwick! The location was ideal, very walkable to Central Park South, Times Square, Broadway Shows, and 5th Avenue shopping. The hotel is stunning, the room was impeccably clean and the service was outstanding. The room has a mini fridge and a coffee machine that uses pods that they provide. There is a small market a few steps away and a great liquor store just around the corner. We absolutely loved our time there and cant wait to return!!

The woman I spoke with and resolved my hotel concern before I got there was THE BEST. And I she upgraded my room! She was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing would be for luggage hold is $2 per luggage and they only take cash, so make sure you have cash on hand if you need luggage held.
