Great Stay, Will Absolutely Return!

My husband and I stayed here for a 5 day couple's getaway and had a fantastic stay! The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic. The cleaning staff did a great job, and the front desk staff and doormen were helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable! We felt safe in this neighborhood. We were a 5-10 min walk from the Broadway theaters, 5 min walk to the MOMA, and a 2-3 min walk to the metro line. We were able to get anywhere in the city easily. There were great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a great stay and will absolutely book here again!

Daughter's 1st time in the Big Apple

Took my daughter on her first trip to NYC for her 13th birthday. The staff at The Warwick was very helpful and accommodating. In fact, the concierge was thoughtful enough to write out subway directions for us to make sure we got to our destination. I've stayed at The Warwick a few times, and they never fail to provide top-notched service. We'll be back for sure!!

Usually enjoy my stay. Older grey haired concierge gentleman has become sour and unwelcoming. Cleaning staff very nice. Bogus service charge silly. Lack of room service and or at least a vending machine a surprise. Room very nice. Location excellent. Have fond memories of hotel and enjoy the history.

Centrally located to Central Park, Times Square, and the Theater district. Staff was great and our room was huge by New York standards. Bed slept great and bathroom was nice. Walkable to lots of sights. Definitely coming back.

Overall, the property certain met most expectations. I've stayed at Warwick Hotels at other global locations on business, which is why I chose this one. I was for the most part satisfied. The service was a bit atrocious as we asked for things 3-4 times before we actually got them. The phone didn't work in our room nor did one of the TV remotes. Beware of their additional daily hotel fees that are in the extremely fine print if you happen to book with a third-party. Next time perhaps I'll reconsider if I'm penalized.

Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at the Warwick. The property interior is lovely and very clean. The exterior is under repair which takes away from the appearance but it is to be understood that periodic maintenance is necessary. Staff were great. We’ve stayed here before and will return.
