Had nothing open that shows in the pictures, no dining upstairs, they don’t tell you that there is no onsite parking, then charge you 55-65 a night for parking and when you ask why don’t you share that beforehand they said it’s New York! Well I’ve never been to New York so they made me feel stupid! For a Wyndham property I would have thought it would have been better

Garage woes.......
I actually enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Its was within walking distance to many attractions. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My husband and I ordered from the small bar in front and was pleasantly surprised with the taste of food and drinks. The only disappointing thing that stood out happened at check out. The hotel urges you to use the parking garage across the street which is very convenient. However they also encourage you to pay at their (hotel) front desk before leaving saying the rate is discounted. However they actually charge you more than the garage. The garage is only $57 flat rate no matter what size car. But the hotel charges anywheres from $60-$65 dollars, the higher when you tell them you have a SUV. Which is not true of the garage. So you are just giving the hotel an additional $7 for absolutely nothing. There is no valet so now your paying even more. An additional $7, and then extra to retrieve your car at the garage if your tipping. Just thought you needed to know. Do not pay the hotel for parking, just pay at the garage. Otherwise my stay was great... look forward to returning 😊

I was a little apprehensive to book because there were mixed reviews but I took the chance and glad I did. The hotel is about a 25 minute drive from LaGuardia. It is right near the police precinct and you can walk to most places or easily get on the subway for further distance things. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the area was fairly quiet considering you are in the heart of Manhattan. Our family of 5 was comfortable and I would definitely book this hotel again when we visit NYC.
