Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Walkable distance from subway, Times square. Only down side is bit noisy at the night due to ambulance/nypd sirens. Overall still highly recommend.

I had a horrible experience, I was with a 34-day-old baby and the hotel had no water or AC for more than 7 hours. I was very disappointed and the staff did not give any explanation about what happened and did not give any money back.

Don’t stay here

This was a horrible stay! It started at check in. They asked for my id and the credit card which is standard but they made a copy. I asked why and said it was hotel policy but I didn’t let them keep that copy. That’s crazy! The room while big was not in great shape. The bathroom was the worst. Dirty, lights didn’t work and the switch was broken. We left the lights on bc we couldn’t turn it off until it just stopped working. The shower rod and bars were horribly rusted! The drain stopped working so we were messing with it only to discover a ton of hair in the drain which was so disgusting! The lamp in the room flickered and the coffee machine was filled with rust and a horrible stench. To get ice you have to go to the lobby and find the gym to get it which would be ok but there is no way to know that until you find someone that is “working the front desk”. No directions in the stairwell to get out, we got out on the wrong floor and instead of helping us the people in the office just sat there with the door open and ignored us. So weird! The first day it was like only 1 elevator was working but by the 2nd night there were more working. The cleaning staff was very unfriendly in the halls. On the final night the tv stopped working. The water pressure pretty much cut down to 1/3 of what it was the nights before too. Finally it’s time to check out and they have a storage room for you to put your bags at your own risk or take them to another site and pay. That’s ridiculous too!

This room was spacious, exceeded expectations for NYC hotel. Shampoo/Conditioner wouldn't come out of tiny bottles, a bit annoying, especially with kids with long hair. Great location to touristy stuff and plenty of walk-able food options. Felt safe next to the police station.

If you like to keep your room cold it wont happen here. The ac would not go lower than 75°. We put ours at 72° but not go below 75°.

Never ever stay here.

Place was very dirty. The hotel bar and restaurant was disgusting. The wine and alcohol was old and tasted like it have been sitting in the refrigerator for weeks. They kept the wine that should be chilled out on the counter and could not speak any English to us. This was the worst service and disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

They lied about the payment method, I choose pay later at the property but they took the money before 3 days, they locked the room before checkout i'm supposed to leave the room at 11Am, the key is not working from 10AM, The staff was good but not the propert.

Absolutely ridiculous, not Wyndham level at all

This has been the most upsetting stay ever. The check in process required so much waiting and the management was super slow. There was literally a line of guests waiting for an hour to check in. When it was finally my turn to check in, I was given rooms that were not what I booked even though my booking was done so many months in advance. I had asked for 2 rooms with double beds and recieved only 1 room with double beds and another room with a single bed and a roll on bed. I paid $700 for one night stay and despite that I recieved the worst service possible. They also charged additional costs per room for my reservation because the reservation was done through a third party website. This was on top of the $700 I paid which was absolutely ridiculous and was not communicated before. They validated my parking but that was useless because they made up the same amount with the third party charge. Additionally, there was no tissue paper and fan inside the bathroom. Given that it is a Wyndham, this is not the type and level of service one would expect. When I confronted management regarding this, they were all lost and kept sending me to talk to different people without having communicated internally. Separately, they also charge $21 per guest for breakfast. Their breakfast was disgusting with old cereal and cold food. Not worth $21 at all. Overall, this was the worst experience ever.

Good location and helpful staff. Parking was very expensive and confusing communication between the hotel and the parking deck but other than that it was a great stay.
