Room was clean and housekeeping super friendly and helpful. Our floor was being remodeled so a little bit of “new stuff” smell near elevators and walking to our room in hallways but inside room was good. Nice bar area and helpful concierge. Front desk staff and bellmen were fantastic as well. Centrally located near most of the broadway theaters.

Room didn't have slippers, dental kit or any other basic things. On the day of checkout even though time is 12:00 pm for the check out a member of cleaning staff opened the door with us changing at 10:30 am!!! The thing that annoyed me the most is that there was no mention of something they called "destination fee" which is just an excuse for them to take 50 dollars per day after tax from you... They justify it as giving you some tickets to a comedy show or something but basically jsut robbed us of 100 extra dollars. Overall very unprofessional experience...

We had a wonderful stay at the The Westin New York at Times Square. The hotel was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and quiet — exactly what we were hoping for in the middle of the city. It felt comforting from the moment we arrived. The customer service was excellent. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, friendly, and attentive. Our stay was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we truly have no complaints. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in NYC. We would absolutely return!

The room was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the city. Check in and check out was quick and easy. There was a lot of construction noise on our last morning in the room but it was a Monday and I guess I can’t be mad that people are simply doing their jobs. It was pretty loud but not the end of the world. There was no mini fridge in our room (space for it but nothing was there) and although there was a coffee maker, no actual coffee was stocked. There was also a supposed credit per day to be used at the hotel restaurant and we only used the breakfast buffet on the last day of our stay. I was charged $42 for a single buffet breakfast which I thought was kind of expensive for what I had…and was told at checkout that the discount had been applied. Overall a good stay but I’d avoid the overpriced buffet and head out to any of the great food spots nearby.

The room was good. There was some dust in areas. But overall it was clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Planning to stay there again in April.
