4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There was literally one towel in the room upon arrival. Asked to have more brought to the room. They never arrived. Had to ask a second time to have towels brought to the room. The bath mat that was in the room had hair on it. The headboard on the bed was peeling vinyl and gross. The shower floods the floor with water and the cleaning room was right next door with people slamming the door all day long. The gym was filthy. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and it has significantly gone down in cleanliness and service. Will not be staying here again.
