This was the worst service I ever received from HYATT. I will not be staying here again - the location was perfect! Too bad the service was meh and the rooms were very dirty.

Hotel very convenient and nicely appointed. My room specifically had a queen bed instead of the king promised, and no overhead shower, only handheld - it was ADA compliant but i think most folks prefer both showerheads. Food in the garden cafe very expensive as is to be expected, but i was told i had a $15 credit which did not materialize on my invoice.

The room they gave us has a sink that is not only the smallest sink but also doesn't drain. Gave us another room that is not any better. Staff are very unfriendly and rude. Had to pay $4 a bag to leave our stuff for a few hours before heading to the airport. I never stayed in a hotel before that charged their customers to hold their belongings. On top of that, they told us cash only. The room has a very bad smell that they try to cover up with some sweet scent. It literally smell like the landfill. I called to switch to a different hotel and they do not care and management is rude and not helpful at all. From the front desk, bellman, to management, the worse of the worse customer service. Will not recommend to anyone.

My experience at this Hyatt was disappointing. The front desk associate was very unpleasant and unfriendly. When I requested a rollaway bed, she never entered the request. I reminded her at check-in because my room wasn’t ready, yet it still wasn’t provided. Later that night, I had to call again to finally get the bed delivered. She also awkwardly mentioned that she could charge for early arrival—even though no one asked about that—and then stated she speaks five languages and was Astonia, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. On top of that, the room had no cups and smelled strongly of bleach, making it feel less welcoming. Overall, the lack of courtesy and attention to detail made my stay far less enjoyable than expected.

Though one of the city’s older properties, this hotel stands out for its impeccable cleanliness and meticulous upkeep. A three-person housekeeping team was observed thoroughly sanitizing the fitness center—moving equipment to ensure every surface and corner was vacuumed and spotless. Guest rooms offer a comfortable amount of space, contributing to an overall sense of care and quality that exceeds expectations for its age.
