We loved it!

We loved it! The people who work there were very nice. Very friendly the doorman constantly helping people and opening the door for them and just so friendly and nice. And the the cleaning service people did an excellent job. The room always was made up each day and the bathroom was sparkling clean.

I’ve stayed in NY several of times and for a weekend, I have never encountered housekeeping barging into my room asking to pick up the towels, trash and asking if she can make my bed knowing that I’m still in the room preparing for my day and also my boyfriend. Keep in mind, I did not allow housekeeping into the room and when I asked her to come back, she asked how long I’d be here for. I had the do not disturb sign on my door but she was persistent for us to answer the door the 2 nights we were there. We had told the front desk of our experience, but seemed like it went unacknowledged when checking out. For this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.
