The only thing missing was a warm breakfast. The balcony was great but getting in and out of it was difficult. Mostly when getting back inside the room from the balcony. Everything else was great!

What a wonderful hotel , just a hidden gem really ! Close to everything but you’re not right in the thick of it ! Great location, walk to Grand Central Station. Fun bar in lobby, Nick is a fabulous bar tender! Rooms have everything you need, very quiet and comfy bed, we had a balcony and the view was surreal ! Would 100% stay there again !

The rooms are cozy and have an interesting design that some may enjoy. They are however very small, it is NY after all. The elevator was quite loud and we could hear it from the room. We asked for a transfer which they kindly accommodated. No pool, again NY, and no restaurant onsite. Plenty of eateries nearby. The staff was helpful. Nothing to call home about but will definitely stay again.

The room was extremely small but it worked for our needs. The bed however, was way too soft. Location was in walking distance of a lot, including Times Square, Grand Central Station and a few vlocks from the U.S. Embassy.
