We arrived at 12:30 to check our bags, told to come back at 4 because room wasnt ready. Ok. No problem. Bathroom was dirty and dusty. No soap, no shower curtain. Floors throughout had bot been cleaned. Tv didnt work. Decorative bedding was disgusting. Hairs of previous people everywhere. When getting fresh towels it took an hour.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was clean and modern. Our room was adjacent to the service elevator so it was a bit noisy up until midnight but I’m sure you would find that with most hotels. One of the front desk staff was a bit too serious. The hotel location was perfect and we would stay here again!

Staff is EXCELLENT! All of them! Rooms are clean and location for broadway and Times Square is great! Only negative and it is super annoying is the elevator situation. Would love to stay here again, but won’t until they fix this issue.
