Nice hotel, friendly staff, reasonable rates for NYC, nice quality clientele, elevators work quickly, and convenient location. 6:00-7:00 wine is a nice touch. We would come back.

The refrigerator and shower broke and the hotel added on a $22.97 extra each day without us knowing never stay with them again

Great location- we walked to all our Broadway shows and Rockefeller Center easily. Room was fine, beds and pillows comfortable. Bathroom is tiny! Climate control was an issue: No thermostat- we had to have maintenance come up to turn the heat down. He told us to open the window if it got too hot. In January! But everyone was lovely and helpful and we enjoyed our stay!

Great location, close to Times Square and theatres. Also close to 2 subway stops. Hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet was so, so. Better options at the various diners, coffee and bagel shops within walking distance. Accommodating staff and concierge service. We will definitely stay here again

I often stay at The Belvedere. Good location and usually nice and quiet. The in room coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge and safe are real great extras!

Great location•••••2 block walk to Times Square, 1 block walk to the site seeing bus pickup, short walk to subway and Rockefeller Center, plenty of restaurants right around the hotel. Hotel overall was very nice, only problem that we had was that every night the heater system would start making a loud buzzing noise. Called down to the front desk and they had maintenance cone take a look at it, the system needed to have the air bleeded out the next day. Unfortunately it didn’t solve the problem so every night we were kept awake by this buzzing noise. Other than that I would recommend the Belvedere to stay for its convenience and price, would stay there again.

A very classic new york hotel brings you back in time..classic fixtures and classic rooms with modern comforts. Staff is awesome and friendly. Great Brazlian restaurant really good food and staff

Spacious accommodations, clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, conveniently located. Upon arriving we were greeted by the desk clerk and helped immediately. We were early so we checked our luggage. When we returned our luggage was brought to our room promptly. When we were freshening up before going out for the evening we discovered there was no hot water. We were unable to call the desk as the phone did not work. We informed the desk clerk as we left that evening and were assured it was being fixed. When we came back that evening it was indeed fixed. The next morning we attempted to make coffee in the provided Kuereg coffee maker. It did not work. Again we were unable to reach the front desk. We left a note for housekeeping with a generous tip to please replace it. It was not. That evening we took it to the front desk . Another was sent up to our room. It did work. The next day when we returned to our room housekeeping had removed all used towels, even the ones we had hung up, but did not replace them. Again the phone did not work so we had to go to the front desk. Towels were sent up promptly. When I spoke to the desk clerk about all of these little irritations nothing was offered as compensation. The desk clerk said he would let management know and management would address the issues. Nothing was addressed. These all are very small inconveniences, however, when a room is $300 per night I would expect no inconveniences.
