I had to delay my flight a day, which means when I arrive I have to go directly to my rehearsal and unfortunately this hotel doesn't work well with my new schedule. I asked for a refund or a credit voucher (for a future stay) and was told no. I cancelled my reservation in the morning on the day of the planned evening arrival. I understand there are rules but i thought a voucher would be reasonable.
