the bagel that I picked at breakfast , had molds in it.. I called the attention of the attendant and readily give me a fresher (?) one ?? But I felt disappointed… old food should be discarded🙄 molds are cancernogens , it’s health hazard … I didn’t take it anyway even with the “fresher” one that was given… how will I know it was fresh…?

My wife and I waited over an hour to check in due to chaos at the front desk and system issues. With no parking, we had to double-park on a main road during the delay. Our $300/night room was dirty, smelled heavily of air freshener, had a clogged sink, stains throughout, and a non-working AC. Staff couldn’t fix the issues and had no other rooms available.
Clogged sink that took 2 minutes to drain. We couldn’t wash our hands without the water splashing back at us.
Terrible stains on the curtains that look moldy.
The bathroom floor was extremely dirty.

Great for a budget stay we went to a game at Citi field so it was super convenient and near the LIRR so we could take the train into the city the only complaints are breakfast was not appetizing and the smells in the common area is very strong
