I've stayed in this hotel twice and both times food service was an issue. The 1st time the main restaurant was closed but I was able to get room service. This time the other restaurant was closed and I was unable to get room service. Other than that the hotel is ok.

Shower Curtain!!!!😱😱😱

I was okay with everything EXCEPT for the shower curtain being in the bathroom! It’s time to upgrade the showers to walk-in with glass encasements: shower curtains are so yesterday… not to mention unsanitary.

This property is overpriced especially to be rated a 1-2 star hotel. There’s no hot water. It’s always under construction. The refrigerator wasn’t working nor was thermostat

Entrances to hotel blocked by long term construction .Poor signage. Struggled to figure out how to get in .Had to drag luggage around construction barriers in dark in rsin with no assistance or direction from staff .Web says has bar and 2 restaurants but none open at 830p..had to walk 2 blocks in dark rain to get to another hotel to eat. Wont stay here again
