We were booked for two nights. Except that somehow it got booked for two separate nights. Friday night and the Saturday night. Not consecutive. So I had to essentially check out and check back in on Saturday. They placed two holds on my debit card instead of just one and we did not even purchase any incidentals. They should have just fixed it at check in. The person who checked me in on Friday was pleasant. The lady who checked me out and then in on Saturday was not. She wasn’t rude, but she definitely did not act like she worked in the “hospitality” industry. The person who checked me out on Sunday was okay.

I absolutely love this hotel. They have a give shop that is super awesome because it carries make up supplies, bathing suits, perfect in case you forget something. They also have a gym that pretty has everything from treadmills to weights and even a cable station. This is my go to hotel whenever i visit NYC!!

This hotel was booked as part of a package so the cost was very good for a hotel so close to the airport and Manhattan.It is very clean,has an excellent breakfast( a little pricey but it is an upscale hotel)The parking garage is easy to access and it is off the Grand Central parkway ,so you can easily get anywhere within minutes.

Hotel location was great for a quick trip to LGA. The hotel lobby area was impressive. Nice outer shell, but no one was home! There were no luggage carts to be found. We were travelling with my Navy son who was on "orders" and had a ton of luggage. We had to lug them up and back down the next morning. The room was lackluster. The shower grout had black mold and needed some serious attention. The beds were like like a soft sponge and squeaked every time your turned over. The worst part of the stay was my sore back the next day. I know this is an older hotel, but the rooms need some serious attention to justify the price. I would not stay there again.
