It was nice. Bed's super comfortable. The door men George and Louis were very nice and personable. There was no coffee available in the rooms. They would bring a coffee machine upon request. However they do have a coffee shop on the first floor. Also staying in a suite we were given only 2 bottles of water for a 3 day stay. Overall great location.

Lovely Hotel, we won't be back!

Lovely hotel, hard to believe a hotel of this level does NOT include wi-fi. Every hotel we've ever been to includes wi-fi. $15 PER NIGHT, PER PHONE for wi-fi. Because of the poor business practice, we didn't go to the bar or the restaurant, or the coffee shop. Lovely hotel, we won't be back!

A well-preserved historical site now an oasis within the bustling city surrounding it. We were welcomed by all staff, allowing us a refuge of peace once we entered our Cathedral view room and dropped onto the luxurious king bed. And room service to boot!

Staying at Lotte New York is like stepping into a living piece of NY history. The mansion’s Gilded Age architecture is stunning, and the blend of old-world charm with modern comfort is intentional. Every corner of the hotel felt thoughtfully preserved. Beneath the ornate ceilings in the restaurant Villard, one can enjoy brunch while appreciating the architecture, history, and timeless elegance found here. This is for the “favorites” list.

The toilet in the room was running, they fixed whilst I was gone, there was no temperature control in the room and the light control was hard to find there was a hardware store dimmer to control the bedside lamps. The hairdryer has cords showing through a broken part of the handle, a fire harzard. The hotel lost its glam.
