Hotel is beautiful, the staff are supper friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Excellent location with St. Patrick’s Cathedral right across the street and Rockefeller Center just two blocks away. Great restaurants and shops all around us, all in walking distance and only a short car ride from Broadway. Only negatives were someone else’s under garments were left hanging on our shower curtain rod. And we asked for a comforter for the pull out couch bed and it took almost 3 hrs to get one and lastly we had no top sheet on our bed.

What stood out at this Hotel is, the employees! The BELLMAN are amazing. Louis, Charles, Eddie. THANK YOU! Yes they’re working for tips, however they truly go above and beyond to help you. Whether it’s 12 suitcases or finding your Uber/Lyft ride and walk you to the other block. Front desk was very helpful, they even had an early check-in for our arrival. The hotel itself definitely can have a revamp in the rooms. However, our room was still very nice. To be there at Christmas time is so magical, get the room that overlooks the cathedral you’ll never regret it. Last, but not least the delicious coffee and bakery was my favorite part each morning. The staff was still friendly and so helpful on Christmas morning. Bless them for their hard work in that day! If you’re a mom you know.! Also how could I forget the location? The location is perfect. We truly can’t wait to come back. Bring lots of bucks because the food is not cheap. The only down fall.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms were nice and big but over priced. Staff friendly and check in was fast. Heads up if you are in a high floor the elevator takes a long time
