The room was VERY dirty with roaches and food left on the floor. Garbage pail wasn’t empty The bedsheets has stains on it. I requested housekeeping and they never came within my entire 2-night stay. Both the water temperature and the room temperature was terrible. The shower was too cold. The room was too hot and the thermostat was broken. On top of everything, I paid over $800isc for two nights and I’m a Marriott Bonvoy Elite Member.

It was a pleasant experience. The facility itself was very clean and the staff were polite and helpful . If you’re traveling with children try to have all you need . The shopping area is very limited .

The property and staff at this hotel were great. The parking on grounds is Valet only with a few spots on the street not Valet out front, or in the neighborhood behind the hotel. Aside front that our stay was excellent and the staff run a clean, friendly and efficient hotel!
