Dirty sheets with pubic hairs clearly visible! Ask for a different room same situation a third room same thing again pubic hairs in all the room on the fifth floor!!! I have never seen anything like this before and will never return to this hotel.

Room was like an elevator shaft, only seating was a swivel stool, no desk, not well-cleaned. Another stay: room was better, elevator doors stuck with two guests inside along with an employee who did not address the guests and instead was giggling and speaking to someone in another language. The overall feel is unprofessional. The only advantage here is parking.

It was a lovely hotel! Very clean, friendly staff (they were very responsive- we got in very late our first night and asked for extra pillows in the morning and they brought them within 20 minutes.) The fact that there was free parking was the biggest draw though- it was also just super convenient to get to from the bridge.
