The room had a continuous noise from the air circulation. It was very loud by at night when it was the only noise going on. It was imposible to sleep. Toilet dripping, safe on the brink, display missing a couple numbers, the “restaurant” was right there, with 2 doors that could open to the NY winter and the breakfast was a coffee and a pastry in a plastic bag. Probably all others in that area are as horrible, but next time I’ll try my luck elsewhere since I know how awful this one is.

The front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful. However, upon entering our room (214), we noted immediately that the dresser had sustained terrible water damage with huge bubbling of the wood. While it didn't affect our sleep it was Super unsightly/tacky and not up to Marriott standards.

I was using this hotel as a Sleep, Park & Fly and was charged $40 per night for parking, for an addition $220 charge, even after I had called and was told there was no fee to leave my car. Do not recommend this hotel.

This was just a quick overnight stay prior to an early flight out of JFK. Everything was fantastic. Thank you so much to Junior who was so helpful. He greeted us out front and helped us with our valet parking and luggage. He even gave us each a voucher for drinks at the bar. We will definitely stay here again.
