I stayed in room 1039. The staff was great they made sure my room was feather free and called me a taxi; they were polite and courteous. The room was a different story. My bed sheets were clean however was the bed was not comfortable at all it felt like it was 10 years old, i could feel the lumpy mattress. The bathroom shelving under the sink was old and dirty looking. The shower water barely came out and then it did not go down the drain so it filled up over my ankles.

The AC was very noisy, and the on and off sound of the AC prevent us from sleeping . Room 1214 . The toilet seat loose and the tub slow draining.

I wasn’t there long enough to explore the property. But the location was noisy. I was expecting airport noise, but this was like in a trucking district.

The airport shuttle in the morning was a circus. There was no communication as to how many shuttles were available/in route around 5:30 AM (and we were there 20 minutes early) and there was a large crowd. More than could fit on the first shuttle. So you had no idea how long it was going to take for the next to arrive. When the second (and a third right behind it) arrived, we had several waiting that were going to Keyna. Again, more confusion. The first shuttle operator said that anyone going to Kenya should get on his shuttle (and this group had ALOT of baggage) and anyone else should get on the smaller shuttle behind him. So we all did as we were told. Then he suddenly changed his mind and threw all the Kenya people onto the same shuttle with the other people and then left with only two people on his large shuttle. Our shuttle was now packed with many more people and tons of luggage (and everyone confused about what was going on). If they were going to arrange a separate shuttle for the Keyna group, fine...do it but make sure they know what is going on. It was frustrating as we'd gotten there in plenty of time and all we got was irritated and worried we'd be late.

This hotel was very dirty and run down. The 'restaurant' was basically a small buffet room. Our waiter's cloths were filthy and he didn't know the menu and he said "he just works here but never eats here". After sending our drinks back we left and found a 5 star restaurant elsewhere. Air conditioner in the room was extraordinary loud and ice cold. We needed a room for only 2 nights. If are stay was longer we would have left for a better hotel. We were told by a local driver that Radisson reserves 3 floors for the state paid homeless residents.
