Booked through Expedia due to last min flight cancellation, called to ask for shuttle was told will be 10-20min wait and ended up being an hour, we were exhausted waiting at the airport all day and then this, after picked up and made it to next terminal front desk called driver to circle back again to pick up one passenger, ride was also very rough. Now hotel, bedding almost feel moist not dry, could hear whatever next room is talking about, tv not smart tv google cast offered but cant be connected, asked for microwave, not a single microwave at the entire facility, overall will not comeback no positive other than we didn’t have to sleep at the airport.

My daughter‘s flight got canceled and I went to find her a hotel room. I ordered the hotel room, but then she was told that she was not allowed to leave the airport. I completely understand rules, but when I called the front desk of the hotel they were slammed because they were overbooked. I told the person that I spoke to that my daughter would not be staying in the room and that she could go ahead and sell that room. She told me great thanks. She told me that she would have her manager call me the next day. He never did and Expedia has tried to contact him to have the charges reversed since I did let the room go and they did sell that room. Since the manager will not call me and explain why he will not release the charge on my credit card even after he had already sold the room. It’s not like he went down with the room. If that was the case, I 100% understand, but they sold that room. By the way… The shuttle stops running at 8 PM so if you’re making reservation because you need a shuttle… This would not be the hotel that you would want to stay out!

Clean and newer hotel in Queens. It’s a 10 min walk to the subway to get into the city (easy ride into the grand central & Times Square area. Had an airport shuttle. The shuttle driver, Robert, was pleasant and provided some great information.

Overall good but bathrooms not great

The hotel was nice. The common areas were clean and looked updated. We utilized the laundry facility and it was fine. Breakfast was good, kind of a mix between hot and continental. The rooms were ok. The beds and bedding were comfy but the AC was on as low as possible with the fan all the way up and it barely moved the air around in the room. The bathroom was also not great. The toilet was not on properly and had a slow leak onto the floor and there was some mold in the shower. The area around the hotel felt safe and we walked about 15 minutes to a fantastic Korean chicken restaurant. There were many shops and restaurants within 10-15 minutes of the property.
