"Great central location, staff was friendly, they give you free water vouchers, charge a destination fee of $35 a day but they give you $35 credit for this a day, cleaning people were available if needed, easy check out, rooms were quiet. "

Waiting areas, restrooms and coffee shop was pristine and staff was so helpful. Absolutely loved this hotel and it will be our first choice for future NYC travel."

"When we arrived the room assigned us was not cleaned at all from the previous guests. After being transferred to another room, the air conditioning was broken and the rooms were extremely hot. The window was broken and no one came up to fix the issues after being asked numerous times at the front desk. Horrible stay "

"I'm not one to write bad reviews but don't waste your money. Extremely small and not as its shown in their pictures. The lobby is the nicest things in the whole building. My daughter and I barely fit into the elevator together and it was just us, each with one bag. THE BED omg horrible. I've slept on pull out couches better. New York is known for small spaces but this was outlandish. I've stayed in this area many times and I've never had a bad experience. There was one person at checkin/check out and the process was so slow but nothing was explained about the property or "amenities" just printing, payment and key cards handed. 0 stars all the way around "
