Our stay was very nice. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping staff made sure we had everything we needed. The prices at the downstairs market were super high. We didn’t eat breakfast

Good location, just yards from Times Square Deluxe twin room very good But No restaurant for breakfast etc. no lounge, only seating area in reception consisted of 6 seats! Bar on 54th very nice but only light bites and didn’t open until 4pm

We spent Thanksgiving week at the hotel for 5 days. Quiet other than the streaming kids and dad at 12:30am coming back to room. Location amazing. The Macys day parade was right at the corner.
