Great location close to times square and Broadway shows- staff is very friendly, I would have given it 5 stars but $135 for one night valet parking a bit crazy! Look for other parking options if possible. The rooftop bar is also a great experience.

Fantastic area, off Times Square but close enough to be near everything. Staff were more than welcoming, especially the door guys! Great to talk to and welcoming! We’ll stay again next time we’re there!! Bar 54 is also wonderful!!

This is one of the nicer hotels around NY. Unlike many around the area this is newer, nicer, and well kept up. If you are undecided on which hotel to stay, this Hyatt will be the best option. Might lack the “historical” factor but it will exceed on the quality side. No other hotels compare.
