The room had limited outlets for our young adults to charge their phones, a coffee maker & fridge would have been nice as well, no locking door or exhaust fan in the ...
The location was central to our planned activities. Our car was valeted from the front of the hotel. They worked with us to provide accommodations that fit our needs. They stowed our bags after checkout so we could spend the entire day in the city before heading home.
The location of this property was fantastic to be able to walk and sight see in NYC.! The staff was kind and very helpful. The front desk man who checked us in gave us an upgrade !! THANK YOU!!!
The atmosphere of the lobby area was cool. clean and smell nice. good area to hang while waiting to check in.

Carpet and hall walls were old and dirty on our floor. But, room was clean, comfortable and bath nicely remodeled. Staff were gracious and helpful. Ideal location for tourism; within walking distance of Times Square, Broadway shows, Fifth Avenue, and Central Park. Cabs, buses, etc. available at the ...

Was not informed of the destination fee ($20/night) before they charged my credit card. Obviously that changes the advertised price and should be ...
