"Great location if your going to Broadway Shows. Staff was friendly. Rooms are tiny but space is at a premium there. No fridge or way to get ice from what I could see if those are things you care about. Probably wouldn't stay there if I was with a family. But if you want to spend less on lodging and need something that gets the job done this is a great place. No issues with my AC or outside noise."

"Hotel St James was exactly what we wanted! The room was clean before we got there and always cleaned upon request. The staff was very helpful, we had a few questions/requests and they never hesistated to assist. The air conditioner worked well! Two days were very hot in the city so coming back to a cold room was incredible. We would definitely stay again."
