Check in was easy and quick, and parking was directly next door so it made it really convenient. Our room was quiet and clean. Our room was on a high floor and had great views.

Check in was uncoordinated and takes a long time. If your room is not ready you wait in the long line again. Elevators are jam packed and take 5-10 mins each time. One was down while we were there. Rooms are ok we had a “suite” with a pull out sofa that was essentially right next to the bed.

I loved the proximity to the subway. Loved the courtesy bathroom an shower for check-in and check-out days. The attached cafe was great as well. This was our favorite Times Square hotel thus far.

At peak times, especially breakfast, the elevator is a nightmare! Took as 25mins to get down to the lobby one morning. The staff was great, nothing they could do to fix it, but just plan accordingly.

The concierge service was excellent. Housekeeping left a note indicating we would only receive room service, same day, if we requested it (due to our “do not disturb” sign. Later, the sign was taken down, but housekeeping repeatedly tried to enter the room without having been called. The location of the hotel is great, very close to Times Square. The Grab’n Go sandwiches we purchased downstairs were all stale.

Great place to stay. Easy to check in and check out. Located near Times Square which is very convenient if you’re doing your activities near there. Staff were helpful and polite and called our room to see if we were enjoying our stay. The room we had was spacious and neat and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was really nice as well, but there is no fan. To get WiFi you had to do some additional steps which wasn’t too hard but still a little inconvenient and it stopped working for my phone a day and a half before our stay was over while my other family’s WiFi was fine. We were busy everyday so I never got the chance to ask staff why it stopped. Overall, our stay at Hotel Riu Manhattan Times Square was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again when I visit New York.

This is our first stay here and have booked it again for when we return. Room was decent size, modern, comfortable, and clean. Breakast was a very well run buffet service, and was reasonably priced for NYC. Lobby was also very well kept and staff were friendly. Easy walk to the MOMA and Broadway shows.
