Book a hotel near Manhattan Cruise Terminal, Manhattan

"The breakfast option was the best with the variety of foods available each morning except lack of gluten free options . The room service when we asked for extra blankets were slow. The security cards sweet helpful and attentive with storing our luggage’s before we checked in and after we checked out which gave us more time to explore. The hotel is close to the subway and time square. We were able to experience the New Year ball drop without too much hustle. The only problem we had was the elevators were slow and had to wait a lot to get to your room or come down to the lobby. They had 4 elevators but only 2 were working properly which is very frustrating.i am not sure why they would leave you 2 bottle of water saying enjoy until you read the fine print that paper was attached where they charge you $6 each. That was really TACKY FOR HYATT HOTEL!"
