The ease of check in & out was great and the staff members (front desk, security, maids, restaurant) were very helpful and courteous. The room had limited outlets for our young adults to charge their phones, a coffee maker & fridge would have been nice as well, no locking door or exhaust fan in the ...
The location of this property was fantastic to be able to walk and sight see in NYC.! The staff was kind and very helpful. The front desk man who checked us in gave us an upgrade !! THANK YOU!!!
The atmosphere of the lobby area was cool. clean and smell nice. good area to hang while waiting to check in.
Can not beat the location. The staff is very accommodating. The sink didn't drain well, and the faucet is too high for the shallow sink and water goes everywhere. The lighting in the room is not sufficient. Don't know that I will stay there again due to the lighting.
The location was central to our planned activities. Our car was valeted from the front of the hotel. They worked with us to provide accommodations that fit our needs. They stowed our bags after checkout so we could spend the entire day in the city before heading home.
Great location - especially to access Madison Square Garden. Dinner, Steakhouse and Italian restaurant attached to hotel. Very convenient. Historic hotel, but updates a little tired. Clean and comfy at a reasonable price for NYC.
Carpet and hall walls were old and dirty on our floor. But, room was clean, comfortable and bath nicely remodeled. Staff were gracious and helpful. Ideal location for tourism; within walking distance of Times Square, Broadway shows, Fifth Avenue, and Central Park. Cabs, buses, etc. available at the ...
We love the Crowne Plaza right in the middle of everything for Times Square. We where here in Feb 2019 for Valentine's and came back for Easter break with our son's family for spring break. Would recommend Crowne Plaza

Would you like to escape the madness of Times Square for a bit? Head 12 miles north across the Harlem River and spend the day at the Bronx Zoo. Step into a fantasy land in the Butterfly Garden and be amused to no end at the Congo Gorilla Forest. If you’d rather be entertained by humans, go 6 miles north of Times Square to Haarlem and catch a show at the Apollo Theater. Music, comedy, and dancing shows are a staple at this historic venue. Can you afford all this? Sure you can. Check out the cheap hotels in NYC to save money for more city slicking.
