We booked our room and it was a bit smaller than we had anticipated, but would’ve been perfect for just me and my wife. we brought our six-year-old with us to experience NYC at Christmas, the hotel staff did everything to accommodate us to switch our room to a larger double queen bed at minimal cost,, have stayed here several times and will go back.

The tiny room was clean & staff was courteous. However, the room was much darker as far as the lighting & the Queen size bed seemed to actually be a Full-size bed. There was only enough towels for one person & I had to ask for another set to accommodate the reservation for two people.

Room was comfortable but on the small side. Complimentary snacks, wine and water were a nice touch. This hotel is very busy but efficient with friendly staff. Breakfast options were limited but yummy. We were out a lot and didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. Ideal location for Broadway shows and metro access. Would stay again.

Great location and a fun historic building. This is a very busy hotel with lots of hustle and bustle but it seems to work efficiently. Room was very comfortable and pretty spacious for NYC. We will hope to stay here again on our next trip into town.

We had difficulty with the air conditioner in our room. The maintenance men arrived promptly but the problem persisted throughout our stay. It was annoying, but the room was clean, hotel was close to everything, security was good, the restaurant was very good, especially the lasagna!!! Would recommend overall.

Honestly everything was wonderful. Friendly, clean, comfortable, complimentary breakfast, loved the restaurants attached. Didn’t expect such a lovely atmosphere being so close to Times Square but will definitely book a stay here again next time I come to the city! Also, Hanniel at the front desk gave such a warm welcome and all the info we needed.

Fantastic stay at the Edison, loved the hotel. Had no issues whatsoever, we were so busy planning our day trips that all we wanted was a comfortable room and bed. We were given a room on the 15th floor and were very happy with the maid service, the security and reception staff. No doubt we'll be staying here again on our next visit. Many thanks hotel team.
