This isn't for you if you have claustrophobia, but I LOVED it! Very efficient use of space, fantastic location, and checkin was super: They upgraded us from bunk beds to a queen (without asking) b/c one was available. I will go back! Very reasonably priced (considering this is NYC).

Love love loved it! I live in NYC but I needed to spend a couple days in manhattan while recovering from a knee injury. It was a perfect spot for rest. I got the full sized pod. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom was very nice. Perfect for one or two people but definitely recommend for solo travellers. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in the city but this is now a favorite for me. Clean and cozy!

LOVELY EXPERIENCE AND VERY NICE PROPERTY. The gentleman assigned to the Concierge Desk the morning of Friday, April 25, provided excellent customer service when I requested a cab to the airport. He was very gracious, friendly, and a true gentleman when he offered to load my backpack in the car. I will be recommending this hotel to family and friends.

Wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was great, the staff was friendly, and besides one cockroach sighting in the lobby (truly and authentic NYC experience) things were clean and well maintained. The bunkbed rooms are quite close quarters and there’s not a lot of privacy - so if you’re traveling with a friend or colleague keep that in mind. Wasn’t a problem for us, but I could see a situation where the glass wall between the shower and the bed would not be private enough for some folks.

I had a birthday while I was here, this was a solo trip and they gave me a decent upgrade which was so sweet of them! The room and bathroom were nice, the view was great from the 14th floor! The bar was a nice touch in the lobby! Would stay again!

There was construction happening on site that I wasn't aware of when booking the hotel. However when I called the front desk the staff did everything in their power to move me to a more quieter area which was a huge help. I've stayed here many times and for the price it's a great location, next to plenty of transportation and great food spots and I have always felt safe staying here.

Unfortunately the room wasn’t that clean. They change our sheets using a set that had blood stain everywhere. I told the manager and I was reassured they would clean. Came back after a full day and the cleaning service didn’t do jack. They told me we will give you immediately clean towels and sheet but you might have to do the beds….say what???? No! I asked a new room. Was given to me without issues but I was tired and missed my opportunity to rest
