The space was just as promised, The staff were easy to communicate with and made accommodations. The breakfast bar was less than ideal and there was a bit of dust and remnants in the room. As well as my bedside light not working. Overall I did enjoy my stay, and I think any qualms I have are easy fixes.

Good price, but the room was way too hot, they sent an engineer but he did not fix the problem. And being near Times Square noisy off and on all night. Not their fault but hard to sleep

We liked it had filtered water in the gym. We did not like it used a separate card in the elevator to get water. We liked it had walking tours. Easy check in. Overall, we would do it again

The room was perfect for me and my grandson. Our room consisted of bunk beds. The only thing is the TV did not work properly but in NY City who cares! Would gladly stay again!
