Lovely location and perfect if you're solo. A lot of facilities to do within the hotel if you don't want to leave. It's a distance from attractions but there's still shops close by. The transport is easy to reach the famous spots within staying in the busy location. Staff were very friendly and I felt extremely safe. Thanks for the stay

I feel like this hotel had potential to be great, but the staff couldn’t be bothered when I told them I had to check out two days early for an emergency to get back home and if there was anything that could be done to avoid being charged for my rooms. Though a booked through a 3rd party the said they would look into it and call me back… never once called me back. I did reach out to the 3rd party and they said they would contact the hotel. With an update I was notified that there were several attempts and the hotel never responded. I stay in New York a lot, and was really looking forward to this stay but will probably defer to another hotel next time. A little goes a long way, and this was not the resolution I was hoping for. Also, the bot-style answers used via the text communications.. lose those.
