Room service only every 2nd day. Loud parties downstairs on Friday and Saturday. Drunk tech bros in the hallways. Great location, average hotel with sparse rooms. Ok for one night of fun in Soho, wont stay for 5 nights again

Location of this hotel can’t be beat. Loved how close it was to Hudson Park and easy to get around. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. For this level of hotel, I would have expected not to have to shuffle and squeeze around multiple large linen carts permanently stored on my floor my entire stay. My room was a bit worse for wear as well,but I think it was a problem unique to my room. Location and staff would still make this hotel a good choice.

Have staff let us know more about the property with the outlets like the speakeasy cocktail lounge the restaurants how long the rooftop bar is open things like that will help us understand the city and the property a little bit more

Upon initial arrival, our room that was assigned to us was not what we originally purchased. After speaking with the staff, they quickly remedied the situation and gave us free breakfast vouchers for the wonderful restaurant located within the hotel. Staff was very kind, amenities were clean, and the area around the hotel was very nice. Will be staying again

Great hotel has a cool rooftop, cafe and break out areas. Rooms aren’t massive but enough for what need if out and about. Requested a city view and they accommodated. Good area if want to be near west village, soho, walking to Chelsea markets about 25mins if don’t mind walking.

Wonderful lobby, clean room, kind front desk agents (thank you Al). Unfortunately the property was very noisey and the bathroom door in the room was just a sliding door with large gaps which led to minimal privacy. Frequent uncomfortable interactions with the bellmen every time we left. Amenities such as the rooftop, bar & restaurant were completely booked out and reserved from work groups and so were the common areas in the lobby. Felt as if we couldnt use our own amenities we paid for in our rate. Disappointing

Great property in a great location. The hotel was in a perfect spot to be able to walk many places or hop on the subway to get around the city easily. Rooms are on the smaller side, like most places in NYC, but well done and use space well. The biggest issue is the lack of a true closet if you are an unpacker. The staff was great, very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend checking out the two bars.

Quiet Boutique Hotel. Very convenient location, walkable to Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown, Little Italy, subway close by. 10-15 minute walk to Spring and Broadway for great shopping. Front desk staff very helpful.
