My experience was beyond expectation. Staff was accommidating and friendly. Pearl is in a location where you can walk to everything. This was my first stay at Pearl and it won't be the last!

Great location. Easy walking to most sites. However was very disappointed in the room itself which was described as a deluxe queen room when in fact it was a double bed. The bed did not have a fitted bottom sheet and the flat sheet wasn’t even big enough to tuck under the mattress properly. Any movement caused it to come untucked. The pillows were uncomfortable and the extra pillow was better suited for the garbage as the stuffing was loose and lumpy. The shower head sprayed horribly, the hair dryer cord was so short I had to stand up by the wall or it would come unplugged. Robes were provided (2) yet oddly only 1 pair of slippers. TV remote worked randomly and the TV was very small. I would not stay there again.

Every single employee at this hotel was amazing. So helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean, in good condition and had great amenities with coffee, fridge and microwave in the room, a hosted wine social every evening and a great continental breakfast included every morning. The location off Broadway was fantastic. So easy to get to many different subway lines to get around Manhattan, just up the street from Times Square and very walkable to any of the Broadway Theatres. One is next door and another across the street! There were markets in the vicinity and many wonderful little restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again when in the area. Thank you Pearl!
