I want to be very clear- this is not a review of the staff. They were all fantastic.
I was in a king room, which is in the corner. 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows. With the temperatures freezing in NYC this room was not a viable option for a guest. The cold was permitting the room. I awoke at 3 in the morning to a freezing room, as the heater broke. They sent a technician to fix it. By 4am he had it running. It still was a freezing room. Additionally...there is no heat in any hallways. Where is the heat is this hotel during a winter storm?? I have to say that the front desk (Breanna and Jamilla) couldn't have been more helpful, professional, caring. They really made me feel like I was heard and they were going to make it right. They made it better. Fix your heat Arlo Nomad. What an uncomfortable disappointment.
