Good hotel for one night but the restaurant was not open and the rooftop is closed for the season. And I wasn’t very happy there was resort fee considering we only water lol

It was one of the worst stays ever. There was an unexpected water pipe burst in the middle of the night, around 2 AM. Everybody had to evacuate of course. The staff tried their best to accommodate everyone's needs but were not prepared at all. I could tell there was no protocol for incidents like this. They did offer a full refund and a complimentary room to stay but guess what, there was no water until the check-out time. Of course, there wasn't any advisory notice in advance. I couldn't even take a shower. I understand things happen and not everything can be prepared in advance but such an incident could be prepared and handled better.

Only problem I had with my stay was being close to the elevator. Didnt want to complain to the front desk because of how busy they were. Definitely would stay again though. They got me checked in fairly quick at night.
