"Location was awesome. Super close to everything. Bed was very old and worn. No support and felt like it was gonna break. No little fridge. No way to have a cold drink or save leftovers. No table to sit at to eat with your person. Cable tv. But a lot of channels didn’t work. Loud. You can hear every door. All the voices. Everyone was very nice and helpful but I wouldn’t stay again."

"This is an older hotel, it has some worn furniture and the tiniest little elevator you've ever seen, very much like what you'd find in Europe but it also has a great deal of charm. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were very soft, the bathroom was clean and the staff was fabulous. I requested a fridge it was there in 5 minutes I requested an iron for a shirt it was there in 5 minutes on the second day we needed more shampoo and towels they were there in a matter of minutes. Marie behind the front desk was the absolute best. Additionally it couldn't have been better located. Coffee straight across the street Times Square 2 minutes down the road and a good many popular New York sites in walking distance..I have to mention the food,great street food everywhere, good restaurants everywhere and the best ice cream in the city inhouse. We had a blast"

"You cannot beat the location to Times Square, Broadway, the Subway and it has the complete “vibe” of New York. We felt completely safe but liked the security at the entrance. We were also very thankful for the spacious room. A huge added bonus was Anita’s Gelato being just steps from the front door."
