Great hotel located right in the middle of everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and everything went so smoothly. Because of its location, lots of big groups check in. I saw a few GIANT lines of guests when I was there trying to check in so give some grace to the staff, but I was lucky and missed that when i was checking in. But I was really happy with the whole stay.

The location is perfect, very close to time square and everything around. The hotel is old you can tell by the look of the interior. The elevator very small, I mean very small. If you are claustrophobic you are in trouble. Also you have to wait a very long time for the elevator to come, is a busy hotel and the elevator is not made for the capacity. But is okay if you don't care. Overall my room was clean, the staff was helpful. I would definitely come back.
