"The location was great .I came with my granddaughter and between the dog museum the New York library the Bryan park and much more we had a great time .The Rooftop of the hotel was great beautiful view great appetizers and drinks .The staff so friendly nice and smiling.The bunk bed was perfect for tje atmosphere for my granddaughter. Great coffee in the morning complementary foro tje hotel in tje breakfast area ."

"Excelente ubicación, gran hotel, cómoda habitación. Nuestro vuelo se retrasó y llegamos a la 1:30 AM del día siguiente, la señora que nos atendió, no fue muy amable, teníamos reservadas 3 habitaciones y nos ubicaron todos separados, pisos 15-24-31."

"Location is perfect. It was the best priced hotel that was nice out of dozens I looked at. Restaurant and bar in the hotel. We got back from a concert at 11 and all of the elevators were not working. There was 100-150+ people in line for an hour waiting. My mother had 3 knee surgeries. Walking to the 36th floor was not an option. It was not a pleasant time but things happen. It was not the hotel’s fault, it just happened and although we were all annoyed, it was remedied by midnight. An inconvenience but the staff handled it well. I recommend this hotel and definitely would stay again."

"We had a great stay at the Fifty Sonesta in June! There were 5 adults and an infant, and we had plenty of space despite all being in a studio suite together. The mini kitchen was a bonus and helpful for washing bottles. The bathroom was clean, and there were plenty of towels. The staff was all very friendly, especially the bellhops! Breakfast was fine. If you're like us, half the fun of New York is the food, so we didn't really plan on eating the breakfast there, but it was nice to be able to take my little one and have some coffee and a snack before everyone else woke up. Super close to the Lexington & 53rd/51st station. We'd definitely stay again!"
