"Amazing location,2nd time staying there and still a favorite!"

"Room was not clean. Sheets were not ironed and didn't look clean. There were two safe boxes in the room both with a broken key! Breakfast was good enough to eat. Staff at reception, two out of three were not friendly. The rest of the staff were nice. There was no need to A. "

"It’s a clean place in a good location with zero frills. No coffee maker, no water bottles, no fridge in the room (which I needed for medical purposes), a broken television AND a broken phone line. The lights in the bathroom were flickering. Sent a repairman at midnight but nothing was repaired over my three night stay. "

"I was expecting this hotel to be awful bc it was inexpensive but it was clean and much more spacious than regular nyc hotels. It’s olddd but excellent location!! I’d def stay again. It’s one of the least expensive options and so convenient "
