I booked this hotel because of proximity to a location that I need to be very early the next day. I was aware of the low rating but just needed to sleep for about 10 hours. Before my 10-hour sleep ended, my daughter woke me up screaming about a bug crawling on her stuff. I could have overlooked the unhelpful concierge, filthy elevators, old, dirty carpet, dilapidated building, outdated furniture but bugs in the hotel room is where I draw the line. I wish I hadn’t stayed.

The staff was very friendly. The location was very convinient. The room was clean, but small - it's New York. It was a little outdated but otherwise very comfortable. Unfortunately, parking was not included, but discount was provided for a location nearby. If you dont need a car, dont bring one. Overall, definitely recommend the hotel.

this property was fairly decent and worth staying. its is convenienlty located near subway and bus. Food, supermarket, coffee, park and pretty anything is close. I was able to walk to central park just three block away.
